Farrah Marisa is a Personal and Executive Coach, speaker, author, and advocate for prison reform. She combines an unique blend of visionary leadership and connection in coaching, aligning actions to make a meaningful contribution in the world.

She inspires executives, leaders and individuals, with accountability, compassion, creativity and empowerment, applying unparalleled coaching tools and experience to support their professional and personal development. Her relationship with her clients is encouraging, authentic, practical and collaborative.

Some of her most meaningful experiences have been her continued volunteer work over the last eight years, leading and facilitating workshops, coaching hundreds of men and women in the California State prison system, bringing conflict resolution and communication skills to the inmates at Valley State Prison for Men and Central California Women’s Facility.

Farrah is an advisor to CEOs, senior executives founders and entrepreneurs. She facilitates transformational group intensives, workshops and team building experiences. She also coaches and mentors sales teams. She is a keynote speaker and curates women’s leadership and empowerment workshops.

Farrah also leads wellness retreats centered on mindfulness and conscious living. She finds great joy in supporting people in standing forward as leaders and soul-centered professional’s.

Farrah is part of an award-winning educational program which helps shift and uplift lives by teaching proven, practical tools for communication and emotional freedom to people in the areas of criminal justice, addiction and recovery, and other at risk and under-served populations. She values and supports people in having a second chance to create a better life for themselves and their families. In her experience, people can change, even after spending years in prison. The capacity for the redemption of the human spirit is extraordinary and I have witnessed seeming miracles as people become peaceful, productive, responsible members of our society. The vision is that every person who wants to learn to become a responsible, productive member of society has the opportunity and support to do so. 

Farrah obtained her M.A. in Spiritual Psychology, specializing in Consciousness, Health and Healing. She brings over thirteen years of corporate business and sales experience to her coaching consultancy. Over the last 10 years she has worked with thousands of people, supporting them in up-leveling their lives — personally and professionally.
